Chief Statistician of BPS RI Supervised 2026 Economic Census Data Collection in Ternate Municipality

Ternate, 18 June 2026 — To ensure the quality of the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026), the chief Statistician of BPS RI, Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti, accompanied by her team, supervised the door-to-door data collection of the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026) in Ternate Municipality on Thursday, 18 June 2026.

Prior to the field monitoring activities, she took the opportunity to visit the BPS-Statistics Ternate Municipality Office and greet its employees. With warmth, humility, and approachability, she interacted directly with employees. The visit was marked by a welcoming atmosphere, reflecting her leadership style and close connection with the statistical community.

Subsequently, accompanied by the chief of BPS-Statistics Ternate Municipality, the chief statistician of BPS RI carried out direct monitoring of the SE2026 data collection activities in Stadion and Salahuddin Sub-districts, Ternate Municipality. During the visit, she observed the interview process conducted by SE2026 officers with respondents and ensured that all stages of data collection were being carried out in accordance with the established procedures.
