Analysis of Data Needs Survey of Ternate Municipality 2023

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services mandates that public service providers are obliged to carry out evaluations of the performance of public service implementers in the organizational environment periodically and continuously. BPS as one of the public service providers, carries out this obligation through the Data Requirements Survey (SKD). This survey aims to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and BPS public services.
